Fantastic experience overall. Fast communication from seller on condition of the device and very fast shipping. The few questions I had were answered very quickly and I was reminded of their guarantee. The phone was listed as "LCD SCREEN SPOT" and it was very minimal in the bottom corner of the screen, had almost zero impact on use of the device. Very pleased with the product and buying experience.

The phone was delivered within 2 days of shipping, and there was no problem activating it with my carrier, although I did have to purchase another SIM card. Bobcat Wireless has answered my questions concerning why a charging block was not included with the phone. Was a little disappointed one did not come with it. I liked that this seller is CPO certified.
