• Major credit cards, PayPal, domestic money orders and domestic checks accepted. Business and personal check are subject to a 10 day hold period before shipment will be made.
• You will be e-mailed payment instructions after your Buy It Now or auction ends. Payments must be received within 7 calendar days or you may forfeit your items.
• When sending payment, please include all auction numbers and your shipping information.
• 8.25% sales tax will be charged for any items shipped to CA.
• A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

   


SHIPPING

• We will combine shipping for multiple auctions. The way it works is that you pay the full shipping amount for the item with the highest shipping charge, and then 50% shipping for each additional item (domestic). (For example, if you buy 3 items with shipping charges of $20, $8 and $6, the total shipping will be: $20 + $4 + $3 = $27). International combined shipping discount is 40% off of shipping for each additional item. First Class International shipments cannot be combined if the total combined weight exceeds 4 lbs. We cannot honor combined shipping discounts on multiple checkouts, so be sure to win all of your desired items BEFORE completing checkout.   
• Same day shipping is available if payment is received by 12 p.m. (noon) PST. Checkout instructions must be followed. Buyer will have the option at checkout to select next day, 2nd day or 3 day air shipment and will be instructed to email tony@bobsfaucets.com when payment is made or payment may go unnoticed. • Buyer is responsible for all shipping and optional  insurance charges.
• Published shipping charges are ONLY for standard shipping to the lower 48 states.  AK, GU, HI, PR and international buyers, please refer to our easy to use shipping calculator.
• International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes or related fees.
• Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared. (Legal holidays occurring within the business week are not counted as a business day) You will receive an automatically generated e-mail with tracking or delivery confirmation information when your item has shipped. It will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
• Insurance is not included in our shipping rates. You will have the option at checkout to see costs and purchase or decline same.
• Most lighter/smaller items will be shipped via USPS, while heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please note that FedEx Ground does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• We do not have the ability to offer customer pick up from our location.
• Due to our low selling prices, we are unable to offer any refunds for shipping charges.
• Due to Canadian Customs and Postal Service, items shipped to Canada may take up to 30 days for delivery if shipped via International First Class Service.

RETURN POLICY

• Any returns or exchanges MUST be made within 7 days of receipt and MUST have seller's written approval in the form of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). We will not process any returns/exchanges without an RGA.
• Please refer to manufacturer’s terms and conditions as most take care of their own warranties. We will be glad to assist you with phone numbers or e-mail addresses if not enclosed with your items.
• Returned items must be in original condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc.
• Refunds will be made within 7 business days of our receipt of the customer's completed RGA.
• We cannot provide refunds for opened items that are not defective. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition.
• Missing or defective parts will be replaced or exchanged ONLY.
• A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned items that are refunded.  

  We are not liable for incidental and consequential damages, labor charges or repair.
