Really good company to deal with. Unfortunately I did not receive the item, it was lost in transit but once reported non receipt to the seller there was no difficulty in resolving the issue. They gave me the choice of a further item despatch or a refund. I chose a refund and received it immediately without any issues.

Sent me a Size 9 instead of Size 6. I took a photo of the insole sent to me with a Size 6 insole on top so seller could see the difference in size. I got a message asking if I want my money back or a replacement. I was desperate for another pair so asked for a replacement. The 2nd pair just came and, AGAIN, they are too big and a Size 9? How is this seller still on eBay?????
