| URGENT CUSTOMER NOTICE!
Due to the poor road conditions across the UK caused by snow and ice, which is also forecast for the remainder of this week, we are experiencing some problems with order collection and deliveries by our main carriers, DPD, Royal Mail etc. All companies have advised that they are currently unable to guarantee collections and deliveries. It's England grinding to a halt with a bit of snow an ice again!
Customers may therefore experience some delays in receiving their orders. We will continue to keep you informed and make every attempt to maintain service as normal through this unpredictable period.
We apologise for any delay or inconvenience caused and suggest that circumstances permitting, orders are placed as soon as possible, to allow for a slightly longer delivery.
