There are sellers on ebay selling identical jewelry to many listings in my store. They may use the the trademark names of Chicos, Betsey Johnson, Abercrombie, Anthropologie, Aeropostal, and many more. Unless a seller has a tag on each item, it is probably not the brand they are claiming and ebay rules prohibit the use of brand names unless it is tagged. The photos used in most cases are indicative that they come from the same suppliers and wholesalers we all purchase from. Don't overbid for a brandname unless the seller can provide proof of the branding on the product. When you purchase from this store, you can rest assured you are dealing with an honest and trustworthy seller. |
