What is the condition of items that are sold? All items are brand new & factory sealed from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the description. Secondary market items (trading card singles, comics, miniature singles, and used video games) are in the condition described in their listing.
Did my order go through? You can see the status of your order by going to your 'My eBay Page' to see the details of your purchase. You also receive an order confirmation email once your order starts processing.
Why haven't I received any email from you? We send automated email as your order progresses starting with the Winning Buyer email which comes within 60 minutes of your purchase. If you are not getting these, you may find them in your "junk" email folder or your email spam settings are screening them out. Please enable your email client to accept our email.
Why haven’t you answered my email?
If you emailed us through eBay's My Messages system and did not receive an answer to your email; then please email us at borderlandsgames@yahoo.com. EBay's My Messages system only allows 10 generic member to member messages per day. Due to the volume of email we receive through My Messages we are sometimes unable to reply. We answer all of the email sent to borderlandsgames@yahoo.com within 1-2 business days depending on the volume of email we are currently processing.
Can you cancel my order?
Because eBay does not allow sellers to cancel an order without incurring the fees of selling the item, we cannot actually cancel an order. We do however understand that unexpected things can happen, so we offer a cancellation fee of $ 1.25 for every $5.00 increment of your order including shipping and handling fees.
What if I have any questions or concerns with my order?
Please contact us right away to resolve any issues or concerns before leaving feedback. We want to do everything in our power to make sure your experience with us is a great one.
Payment & Checkout FAQs
Do you accept PayPal? Yes, we accept any payment method offered through PayPal.
How do I pay by Credit Card? To pay by credit card you can use PayPal through our checkout link. PayPal accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
How do I get the combined shipping discount? The discount is calculated automatically. Wait until all your items appear after you click the checkout link (which is in the email sent to you after you commit to buy) before completing the checkout. It can take up to 15 minutes for all your items to appear together.
I want to add more items to the order I already placed. How do I get my combined shipping discount?
We cannot merge orders or combine future purchases into a past shipment if the previous order is already paid for. Once you pay for a shipment and accept the combined shipping discount, the order is closed and we cannot add any additional items to it.
Shipping & Tracking FAQs
Can I pick my item up personally? We do not offer local pickups.
How long before my order ships? Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Business days don't include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please understand it is impossible to keep all items (and multiple copies of those items) in stock at all times. Sometimes an order gets caught while we are re-supplying. Once an order is in the hands of the USPS, it can take another 2-14 days depending on your shipping method.
Why haven’t I received my order yet? Please be patient. It is somewhere in the delivery path. The bottom line is that 95% of all orders arrive within 4-10 days and those taking longer arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Can I track my shipment? Yes, tracking is included with all shipments, except international orders. If you placed an international order, email us at borderlandsgames@yahoo.com for customs and tracking information.
My shipping address is wrong, what do I do? Contact us at borderlandsgames@yahoo.com immediately so we can make changes before shipping. If we are not told before the item ships, then once the item fails to deliver and is returned we will contact you to arrange for the item to re-ship. Buyers who provide incorrect shipping information are responsible for new shipping and handling charges.
Insurance & Returns FAQs
What if I get a damaged, defective or wrongly shipped item? We take every measure to ensure items are sent exactly as described and packed and shipped in the best method possible. Since we cannot control how your package is handled by the carrier we offer insurance to protect against potential damage during shipping.
If you receive a damaged item (and you purchased insurance), an item with a manufacturer defect, or a wrongly shipped item, please contact us at borderlandsgames@yahoo.com and we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Do you pay for return shipping? We pay for return shipping for damaged items with insurance, manufacturer defects and wrongly shipped items. Return shipping is refunded after the package is received. For all other returns the buyer is responsible for return shipping. |
