What is your return policy?

·         Any unopened item may be returned within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in original packaging and resellable condition. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

·         To return an item, please send the item back postmarked within 7 days of delivery with the original packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return.  Once the item is received, your PayPal account is credited for the price of the item minus shipping and handling. Items postmarked after 7 days of receipt are subject to an additional 25% restocking fee equal to the price of the item.  

·         We do not offer returns on any auctions, clearance items or secondary market items including trading card game singles, comic books, miniature singles and used video games.   

How do I ship my item back?

·        Please take care in repackaging your item. If possible, repackage your item in the same box it was originally shipped in.   

·        We also advise shipping your item with tracking, as we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

·        Mail your package back with the original packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return to the following address:
