Delivery Time
Shipping time usually takes 1 to 3 days processing plus 3 to 7 days transit. Therefore, most orders are delivered between 4 to 10 business days from when payment is received. Due to customs, International orders can take up to 4 weeks. Total Delivery Time = Payment Processing Time + Warehouse Time + Shipping Time.
Payment Processing Time
Allow 1-2 days to confirm your PayPal payment and start processing your order (up to 4 days for PayPal eChecks). If your payment does not clear, then your order cannot proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed, we will notify you by email of your order status with instructions on how to proceed. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for all weekend or holiday orders. Average processing time: 1-2 business days.
Warehouse Time
After your order is processed, we send it to our warehouse. If the product is in stock, it ships within a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our website, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our website indicators can display. For more information, see stock availability below. Average warehouse time: 1-2 business days
Shipping Time
This is the time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your order to you. If you select Standard Flat Rate shipping, this can be from 1 to 2 weeks (up to 4 weeks for International mail.) If you selected Priority Mail this time is usually 2-3 days (6-10 days for International). Shipping methods & times are given within each store listing. Stock Availability
All items are in stock at the time they are listed for auction or added to our store. We are in a constant state of selling and re-supplying, so we do not remove items from eBay when they are out of stock and on re-order. Although we try to keep everything in stock, occasionally an item gets delayed in shipping to our warehouse or goes out of stock unexpectedly from a supplier.
Out of stock Items
If an item is on reorder, you will be notified and given options for how you would like your order to proceed. You can choose to hold your order until all items are available for shipping, have the out of stock item ship separately from the in-stock items (U.S. orders only) or receive a refund. There is no additional charge to have your order shipped separately if it contains an out of stock item.
Pre Order Items
We offer pre-orders on certain select items. The advantages to a pre-order is that you can order the item ahead of its release date, and then guarantee it ships immediately on our receiving the pre-ordered item in our warehouse. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items your order is held until all pre-ordered items are available to ship. If you want your in-stock items before your pre-ordered items, then make the pre-order purchase separate from the other items. Shipping is not combined between any pre-ordered and in-stock items if they ship separately.
Out of Print Items
Manufacturers can unexpectedly take items out of production without notice. This affects all eBay sellers. We have no control when this occurs, but it affects less than 1% of all our orders. When this does occur, we will refund the item and its shipping charges immediately and send the rest of your order without delay.

Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order ships, you are notified by email of its shipping date and tracking number. Tracking options for International orders are very limited online and are not provided in your shipping notification. Your customs number provides you with proof of your order's shipping date. Tracking is only available with Registered Mail & Priority Mail International. International customers, please contact us if you need your customs and/or tracking number.
Customs Information for International Orders
We do our best to assure swift passage through customs and we describe merchandise to minimize any customs fees imposed by the destination country. However, we also fully comply with US federal export regulations. Therefore we cannot declare less than the order’s true value, describe the shipment as a gift, or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the transaction or items sent. We are not responsible for customs fees or the customs office retaining your package. If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks, please check with your customs office. Customs may delay packages up to 4 weeks.
Insurance
We take every measure to ensure your order is as described and sent securely as possible. Since we cannot control how your package is handled by the carrier, we offer insurance to protect against potential loss or damage during shipping.
