All items are carefully packaged and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1-2 Business Days of receiving your cleared payment. We ship Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).

What payments do you accept? We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. As of Monday, October 20, 2008, per the New eBay Rules concerning payments, we have been forced to stop taking Checks or Money Orders as a form of payment.
You should contact us within 3 days of completion of the auction to let us know of your payment intentions. All payments must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction.
Do you accept Returns? We do our best to accurately describe our item(s). If we do accidentally misrepresent an item, please contact us first before leaving a neutral or negative feedback, to give us a chance to make it right (because We Care About Customer Service). Returns for any other reason will receive a refund of the purchase price for the item(s) being returned and all shipping & handling fees (including the return shipping fees) are not refundable. You will need to contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order for a RMA #. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving the RMA# and in the original condition it was received. Please do not return any item(s) without authorization or your item(s) will be refused.
How often do you ship and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all our items usually within 1-2 business of receipt of a cleared payment (Monday thru Friday), excluding Holidays. We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping carrier. The approximate delivery times for the following U.S. Domestic Shipping Methods are: 1st Class (2-5 business days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days) & Parcel Post (2-14 business days).
The approximate delivery times for the following International Shipping Methods are: First-Class Mail International (Varies by Country, but usually 7-20 business days), Priority Mail International (6-14 business days), and Express Mail International - to most locations worldwide (3-7 business days). First-Class Mail International Mail does not provide tracking. Only Priority Mail & Express Mail International have a the ability to be tracked.
The shipping times listed above are only approximations. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier. Shipping times in Business Days exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. In addition, parcels may experience unexpected or unexplained delays cause by the shipping carrier, which we have no control over. International Shipments may also experience delays clearing Custom Inspections in your country (see the International Shipments and Custom Fees Section further below on this page for more information).

Please explain International Shipments and Custom Fees:
All Canadian and International shipments may be subjected to a Customs Duty Tax or VAT Fee in the country you live in at the time of delivery. Merchandise exported into another country must also clear customs inspections. All Customs/VAT fees & duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The person who receives the merchandise must pay any Custom/VAT fees that are due at the time of delivery to the Postal Representative. We do not collect this tax and it is not included in your shipping charges. Also, please be aware that some shipments may be delayed by Customs Agents during inspection for entry into your country (which can result in a delay in the delivery of your order from 7 to 45 days) and that we have no control over these inspection delays. In addition, we recommend that international buyers purchase postal insurance for their shipment to protect against loss or damage during delivery. If declined, then the buyer accepts full responsibility in the event of postal loss or damage (we will not reimburse the buyer if they do not pay for insurance - see next section below).
PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO MARK YOUR PURCHASE AS A GIFT!!!. We are required by law to state the value and the contents of all international packages on a customs form attached to the outside of each package. Please do not ask us to misstate the value or contents of your order. If you are not prepared to pay your countries' Import Duties or VAT Fees, please do not place an order. Any discrepancy between the package contents and the description on the customs form on the outside of the package can be a cause for delay by postal or customs authorities.
Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
We offer shipping discounts to buyers who purchase more than one item. To be eligible for the shipping discount, PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYMENT if you have not finish buying all the items you want from us. DO NOT PAY for items separately if you want a combined shipping discount. Sending individual payments for each item that you buy will cause that item to be treated as a separate completed order and separate orders can not be combined in eBay. Each order will then be shipped separately at the full shipping cost (without a shipping discount). So to ensure that you will receive a shipping discount, make all your purchases first, then checkout and either request a new combined invoice from us or make sure all the items you have bought from us are listed in eBay's checkout process before sending 1 payment for all of them.. Do not send individual payments for each item, or you will not receive a combined shipping discount! Our combined shipping discounts are based on the total weight of all the items in an order. In order for us to give you a quote on all the different combined shipping methods we offer, we need either the title(s) or eBay Item Number(s) of all the items you are interested in buying. The More You Buy, The More You Save on Shipping!!!!
Why do you have your business name stamped on the pictures for the items you have for on sale? We use what is called a Watermark (a digital stamp) with our business name on the pictures in our listings for copyright purposes. It is to ensure that other parties do not use our pictures to help sell items like ours without our permission. Just for clarification, Our items for sale do not have our business name stamped on them. DKNL Enterprises, LLC is the name of our Parent Company.
Do I really need postal insurance? For a small additional fee, postal insurance is the guaranteed way to protect your package against loss or damage during shipping. Give yourself peace of mind and eliminate all worries that your order will arrive damaged or that it will be lost. If something happens to your shipment during delivery, postal insurance will reimburse you for the purchase price of your item(s) (not including the shipping and handling fees). If you elected not to purchase insurance, please be aware that the buyer assumes full responsibility in the event of postal loss or damage. Domestic Orders are considered lost after 30 days. International Shipments are considered lost after 45 days (the reason for the length of 45 days for international shipments is because of possible Custom Inspection Delays - see the topic above this section). The claim process involves the buyer filling out and returning to us a claims form that they will receive once they notify us about any damage or loss on their order.
