and Refund
Policy:
POSTING
A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO THE STORE VOIDS ALL PRIVILEGES OF THE STORE'S
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.
Refunds are only offered for the price of the item and will be refunded
via the original payment method.
Returns are accepted for the item the Buyer bought at the auction only
if
the item received is not as described as it was in the listing.
Refunds are not offered for the shipping cost.
In the event that the Store has sent the Buyer the wrong merchandise,
the Store will ship the Buyer the correct merchandise at the Store's
expense.
If the Buyer
wishes to return an item:
1)
If the Buyer is unsatisfied for any reason, the Buyer may
return the item for a refund or the Store credit less shipping cost
within 3 business days of the
item receipt date.
2)
If the Buyer selects the refund option the restocking fee of
15% will be deducted from the Buyer refund. The restocking fee does not
apply to the Store credit.
3)
No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior
authorization from the Store which will be e-mailed to the Buyer upon
request.
4)
The Buyer must send the item back in its original condition
and
packaging within 3 business days of receiving
the item.
5) The Buyer is
responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless
otherwise indicated. If the Buyer choose not to insure his package, and
the Store does not
accept return of the item for reasons stated above, the Buyer will be
responsible
for any loss or damage.
Failure to comply with this request will mean that the
Buyer refund
request will be denied.
The Store cannot be held responsible for
returned merchandise to the Store that has been damaged in transit.
The Store offers new and authentic merchandise as well as department
store samples, and they are
sold for a fraction of the original cost. As such some samples may have
imperfections that may not be caught and described by the Store. The
Store
endeavor to accurately describe every item offered for sale.
Mistakes can sometimes be made, any
typographical, photographic, or specification error in description, are
not
subject to return merchandise for misrepresentation.
Slight
variations in appearance do not constitute as an incorrect
merchandise. We have
attempted to recreate the appearance of our products on the website as
close to
reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer
monitors may
show products differently in terms of color and detail.
The color variation from the Store picture and color of the actual Item
is normal and is the result of the digital photo processing and
differences in computer monitors and cannot be used as the reason to
claim the wrong merchandise.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise the Store will issue a credit
to the Buyer in the same manner as the original payment within 7 days
of receiving the returned item.
