Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, we will combine shipping for standard shipping only. We charge the full shipping price for the first item, and half the shipping price of each additional item. In some cases eBay will combine the shipping for us. However, if they don't request an invoice, or message us directly. If you paid for the item but didn't receive combined shipping, send us a message and we can refund the extra amount to you through PayPal.

Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?

A: We are sorry, but we cannot accept checks or money orders at this time. PayPal is fast and safe for both parties, and is the only way that we accept payment.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If we shipped you an item and it was damaged in shipping or not as described, let us know right away. We'll make it right. If you end up not needing the item, you got it somewhere else, etc. you can return it and we'll refund the cost minus shipping. We will process refunds up to 30 days after the order shipped.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We try to get most orders shipped out in 1 - 2 days of receiving the order. We ship orders out Monday through Friday. Orders that come in over the weekend will not ship until Monday morning. While we try to get the orders out quickly we cannot control the speed with which the US Postal Service delivers. We provide USPS delivery confirmation on all packages shipped to US and US territory addresses.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: For most of our items we do offer international shipping. Some items are too heavy or large to ship internationally, and this is usually marked in the seller description. Please contact us if you have questions. Check our listings for international shipping costs.

Q: I want to make you an offer on an item.

A: We are sorry but we cannot accept anything other the the amount we have listed for the item.

Q: I just purchased an item but can't pay for it right now. How long do I have to pay for my order?

A: Our inventory system will file a case for the item after seven days from the initial order. After the case is filed, you have another seven days to contact us and pay for the item. Otherwise the order will be canceled and you will receive a strike against you, unless we here from you and agree to remove it.
