Need to return something? Not a problem. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges and a restocking fee of 10% or $2.99 which ever is cheapest. (restocking fee will be waived if you choose a store credit)
We ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact.
Our 3-day returns gives you time to look over your item, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
- Pack the merchandise you are returning in an appropriately sized box. Try to use the box the item was sent in to recycle. Please place a note in with the item stating the ebay item # and your email address
- Please ship the item back with a tracking number. (please make a copy for your records)

We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the fund source originally used to place the order.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error or turns out to be defective, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.
