 | A: Returns accepted only if item is determined to have been misrepresented. Such as wrong pattern or wrong item.
We try to carefully inspect each item. But we will refund your money, including shipping if we have made a mistake and the item is returned within 7 days in the same condition you received it. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Shipping rates are weight-based as well as dimensional, most items can be combined for a savings on the shipping cost. However some items are just to large or to heavy to be added together. All shipping charges can be found by using the shipping calculator, that is on each auction page. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: When you place an order, we will carefully pack it and deliver it to the postal carrier within 3 business days (we do not ship on holidays or weekends).
Delivery time is then up to the postal service and can vary depending on the shipping method that you choose. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: There is a $1.00 per order handling fee added to each order. This is to help cover the cost of packing material and gas used in delivering packages to the post office. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, we do. Brandi's Boutique places no restrictions on who we will send merchandise to. However different countries have different restrictions and we must abide by them. |
