How do I track my Order?
Please click the order tracking link above and enter in your order number and email address. If you do not remember your order number please just enter your email address and your order number will be e-mailed to you shortly. Once you have your order information you will be able to see exactly were your order is in our system. Once an item is shipped you can track your order with the tracking number given.
If I place an order when will it ship?
Currently all orders placed up to 5:00PM Pacific Time ship that day.
How do I know the right size to buy?
Generally as a rule of thumb it is wise to always order a little bigger on costume sizing. If the costume is slightly big it can be easily taken in. If you are concerned about a costume being too small please consider ordering a size up.
I am purchasing from outside the United States how long will it take to get my order?
All orders placed before 2:00 PM PST time will ship the same day. However, we can not control the actual shipping time and each country's customs department. So please allow for a little extra time, when ordering from outside the United States.
If I purchase an item in multiple quantities can I receive a discount?
Yes, we can offer quantity discounts on a case by case basis. If you are placing a large order please call our customer service department, so we can assist you.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes you can pick up an order from our warehouse. However, we only allow Will Call pickups by appointment only. There is also a minimum order amount that must be met in order to do a will call order. Please call our customer service department for more details.
If an item is marked out of stock, can I still place an order for it?
If there is an item you would like to purchase that is marked out of stock, please try calling our customer service department. They will be able to tell if the item is coming back in stock and when.

General Information
- Approved paid orders are usually shipped the same day as ordered when ordered by 1:00 PM Pacific Time
- If you have a specific delivery requirement, we advise that you contact us in order to learn if your requirements can be met
- In the event it appears that your order may be delayed, we may attempt to contact you Please be sure that you give correct contact information on your order to help us help you
- Please contact us before ordering if you believe there may be any problems with delivering your order via any shipping method to your address We advise submitting an address which US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx can all deliver to
- All orders are subject to payment approval and reviewed before shipping
Important Notes
We strongly advise that you read these important shipping notes:
- Brands On Sale, Inc. reserves the right to use alternate shipping methods such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and others in order to meet shipping service level choices
- Ground shipment delivery times and transit times are not guaranteed by Brands On Sale, Inc
- Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday however, sometimes they arrive on Saturday
- All damaged shipments MUST be reported to Brands On Sale, Inc immediately. Failure to do so in a reasonable amount of time as determined by Brands On Sale, Inc. may result in a refusal of damage claim with UPS which will be imposed upon the customer
- Be advised that all tariffs, VAT charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and etc are the sole responsibility of the buyer and customer for orders shipped outside the United States. Refused and returned international orders will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. All shipping costs to and from destination will be the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances.
Return Policy
We will gladly exchange your costume for another item within 7 days after you receive your order.
Since costumes are primarily purchased for events we can not except any returns or exchanges after this 7 day window. In addition, orders with expidited shipping can only be exchanged and cannot be returned for a refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately when you receive the item, so we can assist you promptly.
Because of sanitary reasons we can not except returns or exchanges on the following items:
-Make Up
-Wigs
-Teeth
-Any footwear that has been worn
-Undergarments including tights
All returns (not including exchanges) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item.
To return or exchange an item please contact our customer service department to recieve a Return Authorization Number. Returned items without the proper RNA number will not be processed. Please allow 7 business days for processing your return from the day we receive it.
