| A:We want you to be happy with everything that you buy from BratCat Beads and will happily accept returns on all items. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Once the item(s) has been returned to us, in original condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges. |

| A:We have a 7 day shopping cart, anything won within 7 days can be combined into one order to save on shipping charges. |
