Bravotec is one of the best Ebay sellers I've ever dealt with. I ordered a gen 4/5 Glock magazine extentions thinking I was getting a gen 4 Glock. Got to the gun store to pick it up and the shop sent me a gen 3. I contacted Bravotac and without hesitation, they shipping me the gen 2/3 model. The part did not fit as advertised, but I had to pay return shipping as if it were my fault. Seller said they would take care of it after they received item back (I asked before accepting as when I went to print shipping label it said it would deduct $4.75 for return shipping) but when they received item back they didn’t refund me the $4.75 postage as promised.
