Item was exactly as described and the seller was great about adjusting the price to remove an unwanted component. The only issue was damage during shipping. 99% sure this was the fault of the delivery driver, not the seller, but it could possibly have been packaged better to prevent being broken (it was a minor break - fixable with a piece of tape, but it did mean that the "great condition" aspect was no longer 100% spot-on when opening the box).

Hello, I am sorry something got damaged in the shipping process. The shipment was insured, You could open a damage case with the US post office on USPS.com. I understand if you don't want to mess with it, but you do have that option.

Item came as shown, described. Item was shipped in a box and packaging was adequate, but I would recommend a little more bubble wrap around the item. The box got squashed really bad, but luckily the legs didn't suffer any damage, but it was a close call. Other than that everything was great and I'm leaving 5 stars and would buy from this seller again.

Shoot, I am glad it didn't get damaged. I used a post office priority box hoping they would be more careful, I guess that didn't factor into their handling of the box. It was insured, But I will have to think twice before using their boxes again.
