Boots were new and in box. However, the description clearly said they were leather but, when I received them, the boots are man made materials not leather. Seller said I could return them for a refund. However, after paying $11.35 to ship them and then having to pay another $11.35 to return them, it was not worth it. Please make sure to question this seller's descriptions before you buy.
