Q: What is your return policy?
A: Should you receive a 'Dead' item, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter. A RMA is required.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes. If more than one item is purchased, we will combine the items for you, if possible. This depends on size and weight or if crating is necessary.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: All items will ship one - two business days after receipt of payment. Length of shipment depends on the method chosen and paid for by the buyer. Large items may require crating services at an additional cost and time.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: There is no handling charge. Shipping costs will be paid for and arranged in full by the buyer. Contact Eric, ext. 114, for final pick up arrangments to allow us time to prepare the item for shipping.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
 A: No
Q: Where does my item ship from?
A: All items are shipped from our facility in Gilbert, Arizona 85233.
Q: How do I request a RMA?
A: If an item must be returned for 'Dead on Arrival' items, please contact Broadway Engineering Services Team, Inc. at sales@bestrefurb.com. All requests must be submitted immediately upon arrival of item.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: You can reach us anytime by emailing sales@bestrefurb.com to my attention, Debbie. We will respond to your request as soon as possible during normal business working hours.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items are sold AS IS WHERE IS with no implied or expressed warranty.
Q: When is payment due?
A: All payments should be made in full via PayPal, credit card payments are accepted by PayPal, before any item ships from our facility.
Q: Do I need a Purchase Order?
A: If your company deals with Purchase Orders to purchase items, we will accept a PO from you and mark it on all outgoing correspondence. Fax your PO to 480-507-8120, attention Debbie. Please make sure you mention on the PO that this is an eBay purchase.
Q: When can I expect a response to my "Ask Seller a question"?
A: You can expect a response to your question, posted via our eBay Store, within 48 hours or less and during our normal business working hours.
