First Class International - This is the cheapest way to ship International Packages. First Class International is only available for packages that are under 4 pounds [1.82 Kilos].
There is no tracking available and these labels have to be paid for at the postal counter. However you will see the package was accepted which means that it was accepted by the post office. This means the package has shipped.
There is actually a little info that you can get online using the customs form #2976 [Ex- LC 999 999 999 US] on USPS.com.
Occasionally some countries will give you info if the package was successfully delivered using the Customs Form #2976. |
Standard Mail International – Is another inexpensive form of shipment for International Packages. This is only available for packages that are under 4 pounds [1.82 Kilos] and the label is printed and paid for through PayPal.
There is minimal or no tracking available for these labels. Occasionally you may see acceptance or transit information on this parcel. But not always. It just depends on the post office. A package may be routed to several post offices before reaching your delivery address.
There is actually a little info that you can get online using the customs form number that PayPal Shipping generated. Since we have to pay for postage at time of printing we do not print a label unless the package is shipping that evening or next morning.

Priority Mail International - This service is a little faster than First Class and it includes some tracking information.

REQUIRED FOR PURCHASES OVER $150 IN VALUE
Express Mail International - The most expensive but quickest way to ship International Packages. Express Mail offers insurance and tracking. If the package doesn’t arrive a claim can be filed with USPS which usually takes a little while but eventually gets taken care of.

Orders over $150 shipping to or from an International Buyer will require a SIGNED copy of the eBay invoice order plus a Photo copy of the buyer's photo identification matching the shipping address for the credit card used. This is to protect our customers from fraud. |
