PLEASE NOTE we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items sent WITHOUT INSURANCE.
Insurance is at US buyer's discretion and REQUIRED for International parcels. It is recommended should any damage or loss occur after leaving our business. WE CAN NOT be RESPONSIBLE for the mishandling of packages once they leave our dock.
Should your parcel be lost, stolen or damaged a claim can be filed after the stipulations below are met:
►Damage, rifling or theft - Please notify us so we can start claim paperwork.
►LOSS OR NON RECEIPT
US SHIPMENTS - a claim can be filed 21 days after non-receipt or loss
INTERNATIONAL - a claim can be filed 45 days after non-receipt or loss
An affidavit must be filled out by the recipient. Recipient must fax or Send affidavit scanned in an email back to us so we can forward for claim payment. Failure to do so will result in no refund or replacement.
