I ordered a Saniflo toilet on February 13. It arrived just 2 days later. However it was shattered. I contacted the company and within minutes they responded back. They asked a few questions and had me send them some pictures. After that they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I do believe this was caused by the shipping company and not the seller. The whole interaction took less than an hour. Great customer service.

When I inspecting the item, I found a few scratches on the handle. I immediately contacted the seller. The next day I received the return shipping label.
