Seller ACCEPTED my offer. Then blamed eBay for shipping charges but still lowered shipping by half ($9.99 to $4.99).
I went ahead & paid for item to keep MY rating
Item arrived today WITHOUT the shrink wrap on it. ALL the other tubes (6) that I have purchased from other sellers on eBay have had "safety" wrapping!
So now I have a product that CAN NOT be verified as "new" and I do not feel safe using!
VERY disappointed in this whole transaction!!

As per ebay shipping discount is not included with offer. Never said I would offer free shipping. You were made from the beginning because I wouldn't meet your demands. Still have all the messages from you. Sent you a NEW item.

Great find! Easy transaction, no problems. I feel that this vintage book should've been in a more protective package, as the corner of it poked through the bag a bit during shipping. Received in otherwise very good condition though, so can't complain too much.
