Payment required within
5 days of purchase. Unconfirmed and unverified payments from PayPal will be
refunded and transaction voided unless buyer provides confirmation of identity.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. To mail your payment, please send payment
made payable to Bundle City, Inc. to the following address: Bundle City, Inc.,
904 E. 11th Street, Suite D Los Angeles, CA 90021 United States. Checks will
need to be cleared before items are shipped.
Fees & Sales Tax:
A sales tax of 8.25%
will be charged for items shipped to California.
Shipping:
Shipments will be made
to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom only, using:

Priority Mail
- US Postal Service
Parcel Post
- Other forms of
shipping may be used in certain circumstances. These include: USPS Ground,
USPS Other, FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight, UPS Ground and/or UPS Overnight?

We ship items every business day. Shipment
will occur as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days after
payment is received and processed.
General Return Policy Summary
You may return new, unopened items sold and
fulfilled by BundleCity, Inc. within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or
exchange. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping
costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. To receive a refund or exchange
of an item, the buyer must first contact BundleCity, Inc. to obtain a Return
Authorization. Items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a Return
Authorization.
For eligible non-defective items showing
obvious signs of use, store credit or exchange may be issued if returned within 7
days of delivery (a 15% restocking fee will apply).
In addition to the Return Policy outlined
here, be sure to review Product Specific return policies outlined in the
?Products Description? section of each product listed for sale. Some products
may have more stringent return policies.
Please inspect products immediately upon
receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage the same day of delivery. If for
any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase beyond damage or shortage, you
may return it for a refund or credit within 7 days as follows:

Product must be in
original condition.
o
Product must be in
original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
o
Product must be
returned within 7 days of delivery date through a "traceable means" (e.g.
certified mail, UPS or FEDEX)
o
All components and
manuals must be returned.
o
A credit or refund
will be issued for returned products, minus delivery charges.
o
Items not in
compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.

Packing & Sending Your Return
Instructions
You can pack and send your return to us in
just a few simple steps.
1)
Contact us and obtain
a Return Authorization.
2)
Pack the items along
with the packing slip (receipt) and a copy of your Return Authorization securely
in a box. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact us for further
instructions.
3)
Affix the shipping
label to the outside of the box using the following address:

4)
Ship the item within
48 hours of receiving the Return Authorization.
Items that are Not Returnable
BundleCity, Inc. does not accept returns of
the following items:
o
Any product missing
the serial number or UPC.
o
Gift certificates.
Orders Returned After 7 Days
BundleCity, Inc. will not issue any refunds
or exchanges for products returned after 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to
exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a Return
Authorization. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of
the item. If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different one,
please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase
price minus delivery charges once we receive the item) and place another order
for the item you wish to purchase.
