Q:What is your return policy?
A:We offer a Dead On Arrival (DOA) Warranty for 30 days on most items. Please review the terms of the individual auction for full details.

  Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes: We offer flat rate shipping for most items with no additional shipping costs for additional similar items.   When combining dissimilar items please contact us ahead of time for a shipping quote or wait to be invoiced before paying to receive an updated combined shipping price.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Our standard shipping method for domestic purchases is FedEx Ground. We ship out all items within one business day after receiving you cleared payment. FedEx estimates Ground shipments will arrive in 1 to 5 business days. For faster shipping please contact us and we will accommodate you.

  Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Many of our items have a flat rate shipping price good for the entire continental U.S. posted clearly at the top of the listing.  Some items have a request in the "Seller's Payment Instructions" for the buyer to wait to be invoiced before completing payment.  For these items we calculate and bill only the actual shipping costs for FedEx Ground. We do not add any handling charge unless other wise clearly stated in the individual auction.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes: We ship internationally with FedEx International Economy (except for Canada). Please contact us with a postal code for your location to receive a shipping quote good for one week.  If you have a state side address you would like the item to be shipped to, please contact us with the postal code to receive a shipping quote via FedEx Ground.

Q:Can I have my item shipped to a location other than my billing address?
A:Yes: Please contact us with your postal code for a shipping quote. If you have already made your purchase please contact us with your full address and wait to be invoiced with the correct shipping cost.

Q:How do I know when a freight shipment is required?
A:Any shipment in excess of 150 pounds must be shipped by a freight courier. We will state on the individual auction that the item will require freight.

Q:What should I do if there is a problem with my purchase?
