Nearly ten years of selling
experience on eBay has taught us that clearly stated policies and a clearly
defined set of expectations between the buyer and seller lends to a higher
degree of customer satisfaction and an overall better buying experience. Please
take the time to review these policies.
Item Condition
Burcham’s Surplus receives the majority of our items by way of industrial
asset recovery programs. Our capabilities to test
equipment are limited.
All items are sold “as is” unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description
of the listing.
When viewing our listings, please assume that the item has not been functioned
tested by a qualified technician unless otherwise clearly stated in the
description.
Items do not come with power cables unless stated in the description. Items do
not come with any documentation or additional hardware or software except for
what is depicted in the image or explicitly stated in the description.
The item
depicted in listing photographs is the item available for purchase unless
specifically stated in the auction. We do not use stock photos. In the case of
a listings for multiple quantities, we guarantee the item you receive will be
the matching model number and in as good or better condition than the auction
photo and description.
Burcham’s
Surplus will often use product websites as a way to provide additional
information to our item descriptions. We use manufacturer’s websites and 3rd
party websites. We consider the manufacturer’s website information to be
accurate insofar that the information given matches exactly the model number of
the item being listed. We use 3rd party websites primarily as a
means of market price comparison. Burcham’s Surplus is not responsible for
inaccuracies from manufacturer’s websites or 3rd party websites. Do
your own research.
The
description of any item is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We appreciate
any feedback you can give us about any listing that will provide more specific
information about the product or correct inaccuracies that may appear in our
listings.
The majority of the items we receive have been pulled from a working
environment. However, because most of our items are untested and
uncertified we opt to
start prices below wholesale value. Please take this in consideration when
bidding or purchasing.
Please make sure that we have answered all your questions about an item before
bidding or purchasing.
Payment Information
By placing a bid, selecting to “buy it now” or making an offer, you indicate
that you have reviewed and find acceptable all store policies and terms
established by Burcham’s Surplus. We consider all sales to be final.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Through PayPal you may pay with
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, E Check or Direct Accounting.
Payment must be made no later than 3 business days after an invoice is issued.
Burcham’s Surplus reserves the right to consider the offer of the next highest
bidder in the case of auctions where payments are not received with 3 business
days.
Burcham’s Surplus reserves the right to consider relisting an item in the case
of fixed price listings where payments are not received with 3 business days.
In accordance with eBay payment policies, an “Unpaid Item Dispute” will be filed
for all unpaid items after 7 business days.

Our Business Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
PST.
International Buyers are welcome to purchase our products, however any warranty
given in the auction is not applicable to an international sale.
