What happens to my order if it can't be delivered by the courier service and is returned to 'Burnoaa Store' ?
All shipments returned to 'Burnoaa Store' are considered "undeliverable". When we receive undeliverable shipments, Burnoaa Store will notify
customers via email to arrange
for reshipment.
All reshipments will be charged the same fees as Burnoaa's regular shipping fees . Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping.
But if the mistake is ours, we will be glad to give free shipping.
