Are compatible ink cartridges safe to use?

     YES, we guarantee that all of our ink cartridges are 100% compatible with your printer, and they would not harm
      your printer in any unusual way.

On the printer’s box that I bought says only use genuine ink cartridges. Why is that?      

    Every company wants to sell its own products.

How long does it take before you ship my order after I paid?
    On average, all orders are shipped by 2 business days after your order date and the estimated delivery is usually
      between 1-5 business days.Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We apologies if it takes longer as we have no control over USPS and Canada post scheduling.

What is your warranty?

      We back our products for a full YEAR*! If in this period anything happens, we will replace them or refund your
      money. Less shipping and handling.
       Buyer is responsible for shipping it back to us unless we have made a mistake in your order.
  * 1-year warranty has the following restriction:
1- In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink product must be returned at
               least 70% full.
2- If you need to return them after 60 days from the purchase date, then you'll receive the lower price as a
               refund if the price of the purchased product has changed regardless of the price that you paid.
3- Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges.
4- If there is nothing wrong with the cartridges after return, then you need to pay 20% restocking fee (min $5).

What is your return policy?

      You may return your order within 60 days from the day you receive your item for a full refund less shipping and
      handling.
      Please include your eBay ID‚your email address and the item number as we are not able to do anything without
      them.

I have put in the ink cartridge but no ink comes out (or print out with white line), please help?

      First, make sure you have pull out the Yellow Tape that seal the air hole on the cartridges before installing the
      cartridge into the printer (which is different then original Epson cartridge that you install before removing the
      tape.) If you have install the ink cartridges into the printer before removing the Yellow Tape, you need to take
      out the cartridge, wait 5 minutes, so the air pressure can be balance out, then reinstall the ink cartridge back
       into the printer. Some cartridges (e.g. T0431) may have a small clear circle tape that sealed the ink hole
       (which is the same size of the hole and hard to see if you didn't pay attention) you may need to remove that
       if you experience printing problem.

The print quality is not good, is there something I should set?

      To ensure best printing result, please run nozzle check and print head alignment after installation. If nozzle-check
       result is not satisfactory, please run nozzle cleaning or head cleaning until its ok.

How can I get dried ink out of my print head so I can print again?

       Place the clogged cartridge in about 1/4 - 1/2 inch of warm water for a few minutes. When ink starts to slowly
       leak out take the cartridge out of the water and dry it using a soft cloth to "Q-tip." Then place it back in your
       printer and run the print head cleaning utility that comes with your printer software. You may have to run this
       2-4 times before printing quality is reestablished. If your print head is destroyed, as can happen, you will have
       to buy a cartridge and refill that cartridge before it is fully empty.

My printer's model does not show on the box, did I get the wrong ink?

      Mostly not, unless we send you the wrong model of ink, please check the model # of the ink to confirm. The
       box of the ink cartridge only shows an sample of compatible printers, not all of the printers.

Do you accept other form of payment beside PayPal?

      We also accept money order, checks, and credit card. Please visit our 'Payment Methods' page for more details
       or email us at businessinksupply@gmail.com and we will send you additional info to submit different kind of
       payment. We do prefer PayPal payment for faster transaction.

The printer can't identify the newly installed cartridge. Why?

      1. Damaging the chip on the cartridge, due to touching the chip with bare hand or the dust adheres to the chip
         surface; the printer can't recognize the cartridge. Please clean the chip with dry tissue and reinstall the cartridge.
      2. The spring touching needle in the print head is out of usage or damaged.
      3. The spring tablet in the printer without chip is out of usage.
