Received 2 units from busted auto.....both were severely damaged in multiple locations.....tailgates are not packed well in box. Box shipped by FedEx and was in visibly horrible condition....Busted auto had great communication and customer service and was refunded for both items.....They even suggested to do a pickup at one of their locations

My first order from Busted Auto Parts was taken too literally by the USPS and delivered in a thousand pieces. I sent a text to them and they replied within an hour. They promised to replace it immediately but their supplier was out of this mirror. When I enquired about my order, they apologized and said it would be shipped immediately. The next morning I heard the UPS truck and they had sent the mirror overnight at their own expense. They lost money on this sale but have a customer for life.
