If the item is damaged in the mail, a full refund will be given ONLY if postal insurance has been paid for. If an item has been misrepresented in some way, a full refund will be given if the item is returned to me. If a buyer has changed his mind but the item is not damaged or misrepresented, a refund less the shipping charges, will be given when the item is returned to me. These are just general guidelines :) All refunds and disputes will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
