Unless indicated they ARE NOT AUTHENTIC AMERICAN GIRL PRODUCTS and not assoicated with American Girl. We do offer some retired authentic American Girl products in our store and the listing will clearly indicate it is authentic.

Are NEVER included with a listing. They are used for modeling purposes only, please read our listings carefully they fully state that. Please read carefully exactly what you will be buying, some of our listing include shoes with the outfit some don't and the listing will clearly indicate that, so please be careful to read exactly what you are buying and what you will receive.
On very rare occasion we might retire a doll or a baby and offer her of sale, the listing would clearly indicate it was for a doll, we very rarely part with our dear friends ~ our dolls but if we do the listing will let you know it is for a doll.

Returns- What is your return policy? Items may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. We'll refund the purchase cost minus any fees associated with this transaction which includes ebay fees and paypal fees, our shipping is free unless we made a mistake on your order or your product was defective. As soon as we get the items back. We must have the items back before anything will be done in the same condition they were sent to you and un-used. We ask you to mail with delivery confirmation. If for some reason we don't receive it delivery confirmation protects both buyer and seller and is trackable. We can not and do not base returns on changing your mind so please be sure what you buy is what you want.
What payment types do we accept?
We accept PayPal ONLY and are 100% PayPal verified and ID verififed seller.Please note echecks are still accepted through Paypal but they are very slow to clear. It can take anywhere from 5-7 to 21 days to clear. PayPal will notify you of the e-check expected clearing date as they will notify us. Please do not hold the delay in shipping against us, as we can not ship till they clear.Please don't rate us poorly on shipping if you paid by e-check. We can't control when paypal or banks clear your payments. We don't ship till we receive it.
Shipping & When can you expect your order- We ship everyday except Sundays and holidays.Our Preferred and only Shipper is the United States Postal Service. We ship USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. When can you expect your order- In most cases 2- 5 business days.We pride our self in shipping in most cases your order will go out the same day you pay for it, however we have NO control over the post office and are not RESPONSIBLE for transit times by our carrier. If you wish for expedited services please contact us they are NOT FREE but are available just ask. If your order is paid after 10 AM on Sat. it won't ship till next business day which would be Monday.Orders received during night time hours go out the next business day. We are on EST. If paid for when a holiday falls it will be shipped next business day. We ask 1 day processing for your order but in most cases if item is paid for right away, we will try and ship it that day. You will receive shipping information & tracking information as soon as your order is paid for and your package mailing label is printed.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO PAYPAL'S RULE -If a transaction is eligible for coverage under the Seller Protection Policy WHICH TRANSACTIONS WITH BUTTERFLY KISSES ARE, a seller (BUTTERFLY KISSES) must ship to the address found on the Transaction Details page (regardless of whether that address is confirmed or not). A confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.

PayPal provides confirmed addresses to help sellers make informed decisions when shipping goods. Address confirmation is useful because it provides a way for a seller to verify a buyer's identity. Shipment to a confirmed address, however, is not necessarily a requirement for coverage under the Seller Protection Policy since not all PayPal users are able to confirm their addresses. An Unconfirmed Address is not necessarily fraudulent but sometimes poses an inconvenience for legitimate buyers. If a transaction is eligible for coverage under the Seller Protection Policy, a seller must ship to the address found on the Transaction Details page (regardless of whether that address is confirmed or not). There are several ways to confirm your shipping address on PayPal:
Add a credit card to your PayPal account. By adding a credit card to your account, PayPal can attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process to activate your credit card. Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.
Complete Alternate Address Confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts.
