Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
Domestic payment within the United States is accepted via PayPal or money order/cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks or cash.

International payments are accepted via PayPal only. We are unable to accept international money orders or funds other than United States currency.

How do I pay for multiple listings?
You can combine your invoice automatically via eBay. Once you've won multiple listings, eBay will add them all to one invoice during checkout. Your combined shipping discount will automatically be calculated during the checkout process. Checkout works for both PayPal and money order payments.

If for some reason you're unable to complete eBay checkout or are having difficulty, please request an invoice from us. You can do this from My eBay or by emailing us. We can combine your purchases and email the invoice to you.

If you're unsure if your invoice has been combined correctly, please do not submit payment. We can make sure your total is correct before you pay. Please contact us and we'll send a manual invoice within 12 hours.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If a product is damaged during mailing please contact us. When applicable we keep records of shipment, insurance, and delivery confirmation in the event that proof of insured mailing may be necessary for filing an indemnity claim with the US Post Office.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs may occasionally vary, but the majority of our listings offer standard shared rate classes. This allows us to easily calculate combined shipping and offer discounts. The shipping services available for pinbacks and magnets will usually be the same, but will differ slightly in price due to item weight. Please check our listings directly for current services and rates.

Do you combine shipping charges?
Certainly! We are happy to offer combined shipping for multiple listings that you pay for together with one combined payment. Pay normal shipping for the first listing only, and each additional listing that is paid for at the same time will receive a discounted shipping rate.

Please remember that shipping can only be discounted and combined when you pay for everything with one consolidated payment. We are unable to combine orders that are purchased with separate payments. If pay for each listing seperately, you will pay full shipping for each and they will not be shipped together.

Do you offer rush shipping?
We offer several shipping options, including expedited service. USPS Express Mail is available both domestically and internationally for most listings. Please note that the estimated delivery times are based on averages and can't be guaranteed.

We encourage buyers to plan ahead when purchasing online. If you're shopping for a time sensitive gift, it's best to buy early. Not only will you save on more expensive rush postage, but you'll also be less stressed about whether the parcel arrives in time.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many international locations, including Canada, Australia, and the UK. Please check our listings for current international shipping options and costs.

International shipments may incur fees or duties when processed by customs. These charges are not included in our costs and must be paid by the buyer upon receipt.

Do your shipments include tracking services?
Most of our packages do not include a tracking number. The USPS does offer tracking for domestic and international Express Mail if you choose that option. All other domestic shipments include an eDelivery Confirmation number which we email to buyers following shipment. eDelivery Confirmation is not available for non-Express international packages.

Please note that eDelivery Confirmation is not a tracking service. It is provided as a way to check for attempted delivery only. It will not confirm when your package was picked up or where it is during transit. It will not normally provide updates regarding mailing acceptance or the location of your package en route.

How and when will my order be shipped?
All purchases are shipped within 2 business days after we've received cleared payment. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding national and postal holidays.

Each listing is carefully bubble wrapped and padded with packing foam. We secure packages as best we can to prevent tampering and damage from the elements.

We take great care to ensure the safe arrival of your parcel, but please understand that we aren't responsible for items that are delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping due to USPS error.

If you are concerned about USPS mishandling, insurance may be added for an additional fee to cover the cost of possible damage or loss during mailing.

When will I receive my parcel?
Most of our First Class packages are received within 4-7 business days. This estimate takes into consideration 2 business days for us to prepare your order plus an average USPS transit time of 2-5 business days. Depending on how far you are from us, your package may arrive a bit faster or slower.

If you've opted for another USPS service, such as Priority or Express mail, your delivery time will be faster than First class. If you're an international buyer, please allow additional transit time for all services. Shipments at peak mail times like the holidays may be delayed by increased USPS volumes.

If you haven't received your parcel within 20 business days please contact us and we'll help you follow up with the USPS.

Will the images on items be ruined when exposed to moisture and sunlight?
Absolutely not! Our items are professionally constructed for maximum performance.

Designs will not bleed, feather, smudge, or streak when exposed to rain and humidity. Sunlight is no problem either. Our items are produced with technology that's rated fade resistant for 90+ years!

How should pins or magnets be cared for to ensure years of enjoyment?
Normal daily use will not damage our pins and magnets. They are professionally assembled with industry standard materials. We do, however, recommend avoiding excessive exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.

While all designs are virtually waterproof, metal parts such as the pin backs themselves are still vulnerable to rust if overexposed.

Magnets work best around room temperature. Extreme heat or cold may cause them to weaken.
