| A:All movies are presented in the best possible condition with case and artwork. We guarantee all discs will play and are delivered 98-100% scratch free. It's possible for some cases to have minor shelf wear, If there's anything out of the ordinary on a specific item we will make note of it in the product description. |
| Q:What Condition are used games in? |

| A:All games have clean unbroken cases and are 98-100% scratch free, some cases may show shelf wear. Games may or may not come with instructions, check the listings, we will clearly specify if they are not included and the pricing will be slightly less if they're not available. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship twice per day during the week and will usually do a mail drop on Saturday's. Depending on the product it generally takes from 2-9 days, most customers see there product in 2-5 days. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Each product is clearly marked, we combine shipping on movies and video games and only charge .75 cents for each additional item for shipments within the United States. |

| A:Yes! We regularly ship to Canada & PR but will ship worldwide. Please email us for pricing on the item/s your interested in. Please be aware we sell Region 1 distributions. |
