| A:Yes, on any shipment under 13oz (apprx 3 DVD's) we will automatically upgrade your shipment to first class mail. |
| Q:How do I get the combined shipping discount? |

| A:We offer combined shipping on all purchases unless otherwise specified, They will automatically be applied as long as you make payment after selecting all your items first by clicking the "buy it now". Once finished selecting your items the discount will be applied during the payment process. |

| A:All games have clean unbroken cases and are 98-100% scratch free, some cases may show shelf wear. Games may or may not come with instructions, check the listings, we will clearly specify if they are not included and the pricing will be slightly less if they're not available. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Each product is clearly marked, we combine shipping on movies and video games and only charge .75 cents for each additional item for shipments within the United States. |
