| A:While all sales are final, mistakes may happen. If you feel you have received an item in error, you MUST contact us within 7 days from receipt of the item purchased at eBay@Culligan-Store.com.
Any item damaged in transit must be reported and will be investigated and replaced, if deemed necessary. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:At this time, all items are priced based on the weight of the item purchased. However, we offer a discounted rate if you purchase more than 1 of a specific item. (Example - purchase 1 filter with shipping at $9.95 s/h and any additional IDENTICAL item s/h would be $5.00). |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All items ship out of our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Once it is in the hands of our carrier (UPS), it may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
It is important to note that we do not ship over the weekend or holidays. If you place an order on Friday after 12pm EST, the order will not begin processing until the following Monday. |
