What do you sell in your store?
We primarily carry Drinking Water Filters, Filter Housings, Sediment Filters, Icemaker & Refrigerator Dispenser Filters, replacement sediment cartridges, replacement drinking water cartridges, shower filters and all the EZ-Change products with corresponding replacement cartridges.

What types of payment do you accept?
At this time, we only accept PayPal as a valid pay method. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your Credit Card through PayPal on a one-time basis without opening an account.
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT E-CHECKS: While we understand customers are using e-checks through PayPal, we do discourage doing so. Paying with an e-check will only delay your order.

Pricing & Tax Information
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax applies to any order shipped within CT (6%) and IL (8%). Tax will apply to the total order, including shipping and handling charges.

How do I pay for my item once I win an auction or purchase from your store?
Once you win an item or decide to make a purchase from our store, you will automatically receive an email from us with a link to checkout. We use Channel Advisor checkout as our 3rd party payment system. Please do not try to pay directly from PayPal, as you will be redirected. If you have any problems in checkout, please email us to let us know.
Delivery Information
How long does it take to receive an order from your eBay?
All orders will ship out from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (no holidays or weekends) once payment is complete. Time in transit will vary on your location and can take up to 7 business days. Most orders will reach you within 5 working days.
We do not process orders during weekend hours, so any order placed after 3-PM EST on Fridays will process the following Monday morning.
