Q: How can we offer such great prices?
A: We start by identifying the price ranges which are most attractive to our customers. Then, we carefully select the best diamonds possible to create jewelry within those ranges. We take pride in our work and cut no corners from grading the gems to crafting the product. What we do cut are extra layers of expense by selling directly to you, the public.
Q: Are all the diamonds real/natural?
A: Absolutely! Unless otherwise stated we use only natural, untreated diamonds created by Mother Nature herself.
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: If you are not happy with your jewelry purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. We do not refund shipping expenses. Please email us at returns@buydazzle.com or call 877-732-9953 to request a return authorization number and instructions on return mailing.
Q: What if the ring doesn’t fit?
A: At checkout you are prompted to select your ring size. If, upon receiving your ring, it doesn’t fit, simply return it to us with the correct measurement and we will promptly size it for you. Simply email us at returns@buydazzle.com or call 877-732-9953 to request a return authorization number and instructions on return mailing.
Q: When will I receive my purchase?
A: We ship most orders within one business day of receiving payment. Delivery will depend on the method of shipping you choose at check-out.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: buyDazzle accepts all major credit cards and payments through Paypal. You can also use a money order, wire transfer or personal check. buyDazzle will ship your items once your payment transaction has been completed.
Q: Is it safe to order with my credit card?
A: buyDazzle has taken all the necessary measures to ensure that your shopping experience is worry free. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts sensitive information before it is sent over the internet.
