Returns
We at buyDazzle hope that you are thrilled with your selection and that your purchase will bring years of enjoyment. We encourage you to wear your new jewelry and show it off for thirty days! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just follow these steps for a quick and smooth return.
Please be aware that diamond grading is subjective. Our appraisers uphold the strictest standards, but opinions occasionally deviate. If you are in any way dissatisfied, you may return your purchase for a hassle-free refund.
Return instructions:
- Please email returns@buydazzle.com or call Customer Service at 877-7Dazzle (877-732-9953) to request a return authorization number.
- Mail jewelry item in original buyDazzle gift box to: buyDazzle.com 7855 Kenwood Rd, Cincinnati OH 45236. Please include a copy of your original invoice. Do not indicate contents of package on outside labels.<
- We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges. This process usually takes a few days, however, due to Credit Card Company policies it can occasionally take longer. Refunds can only be made in the original payment method.
Restrictions:
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original and undamaged condition. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
- Item must be returned in original gift box.
- BuyDazzle.com is not responsible for merchandise it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
- Custom sizes (smaller or larger than available sizes stated on item description) or custom orders may not be eligible for refunds.
Damaged Items:
If you receive an item which has been damaged upon arrival, please call our Customer Service department immediately. Please have your order number available and we will make return shipping arrangements at that time.
Credit:
All returns are refunded in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Processing time is determined by method of payment used. Please note--shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless you received a damaged package, defective or incorrect item.
