 Q: Are they 100% authentic?
  A: Yes, all products are 100% authentic guaranteed, we DON'T sell anyone factory variants or fake shoes. If you can't trust us, please re-consider or stop, we don't like the dispute about real or fake after buyer receive shoes.
 Q: Does the item come in the original box?
  A: Yes, all items come with original box (unless annotation), original laces and original accessories. and we will package your order with double boxed.
 Q: Do you have other size or color in stock?
  A: Yes, it probably have other sizes or colors keep in stock, please search at our eBay store, or feel free to inquire us.
 Q: Can I get tracking number?
  A: Yes, when we send out your order, we will mark the item shipped, and add the tracking number on eBay, also sent a message to your eBay message box.
 Q: How long will you send out my order?
  A: We will send out your order within 3 "business days"(non-including Saturday and Sunday) when we receive your order and cleared payment.

  A: We accept return when we sent you the incorrect item or size. Buyer must be submit within 3 days when the package arrived. Shoes must be returned with unworn and original packaging (include double box, laces and accessories). We will refund payment and return shipping fee when we receive the return package.
 Q: Buyer choose the wrong item / size, and wanna return the shoes.
  A: Please understand that we won't answer for the return fee. Buyer must be submit within 3 days when the package arrived. And we will only refund your money back excluding the shipping cost US$30 when we got the parcel. Also, shoes must be returned with unworn and original packaging.
 Q: Buyer choose the wrong size, and wanna exchange for other size.
  A: Sorry that we have to charge the re-shipping fee, and we won't answer for the return fee. Buyer must be submit within 3 days when the package arrived. Also, shoes must be returned with unworn and original packaging. We will send the new size to you once we get the return shoes and cleared re-shipping fee.
