I ship within 3 days of recieved payment - except HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS. Payment is expected IMMEDIATELY. COMBINED shipping is possible if you buy and pay for all items at the same time and all items fit safely into same package. I give at least 2 options for shipping, however if you prefer another option just let me know (before paying) and I will work with you. I do charge a small handling fee to help cover the cost of INSURANCE and Packing Supplies on all purchases.
