Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the CJ Accessories website, and by visiting this site you are agreeing to adhere to the following:

1. Price & Payment Terms

1.1 The prices displayed include VAT at the current rate.

1.2 We reserve the right to adjust the price before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.

1.3 Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document.

1.4 Goods remain the property of CJ Accessories until payment is received in full.

2. Delivery

2.3 If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery.

2.4 If you accept a delivery with a damaged box we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside once the goods have been signed for.

2.5 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.

2.6 For large orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.

3. Refunds

We accept returns for up to 30 days subject to the following policies;

3.1  You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. We test all returns. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty. In this case we will also refund your return postage. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery.

 

3.2  You may return an item which is not as described for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect. In this case we will also refund your return postage. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery.

 

3.3  You have the statutory right to cancel the order within 7 working days of delivery and have a full refund (cooling off period). The refund will be issued once the item has been received back and processed. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty or not as described. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item. Any item which has been sent out post free will have our original postage costs deducted from the refund.

 

3.4  We cannot accept any items for return which have been specifically manufactured or ordered for you. These items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

 

3.5  We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

 

3.6  Items must be returned with all packaging in a reasonable state. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge to replace product packaging that is missing or returned in a damaged/defaced condition. Where a surcharge is levied this will be a minimum of 25% of the original purchase price.

 

3.7  Items must be returned with all original components unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any items that arrive back with parts missing will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.

 

3.8  Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
