Seller sold these as New. When mine arrived I opened the package a day after it arrived to find that it was dirty, scratched, had lime scale, water spots all over and to top it off, the chrome screw that holds the water pattern selector was rusty. I was not happy, contacted the seller, provided photos of the mentioned descriptions and the seller made it right by giving me a full refund. For that reason, I will give them positive feedback.
