| A:Items can be returned for full purchase price within 7 days unless it is a clearance item and marked as No Returns in the item description. Contact me as soon as possible to let me know you wish to return the product - No questions asked. |

| A:We combine shipping for all items bought within 14 days. Please contact me and let me know when you are ready to check out. Discount is full shipping cost for one item and 50% off others. Many of our items are FREE SHIPPING so a discount may not apply. |

| A:Most packages are received within 2-3 days. We normally ship via USPS First Class Mail. If you purchase large lots we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Most of our items are FREE SHIPPING. However if there is a cost, we charge US Postal Service flat rate shipping and handling as shown in each auction or store listing for delivery to anywhere in the United States. Large lots are shipped via Priority Mail rather than First Class because it is cost effective. |

| A:We expect full payment within 7 days unless you have contacted us and made other arrangements. An Unpaid Item Strike will be filed with Ebay if we do not hear from you within 10 days. |
| Q:How many items are in a LOT ? |

| A:Generally what you are purchasing or bidding on is exactly what is in the photo. Sometimes all items cannot fit into photo or it is a stock photo. If that is the case it will be stated in the description. |

| A:If 'antiqued' is used to describe an item that means the designer has purposely given the piece a look that appears to be worn or old. This is a common practice for items considered to be bohemian or a BOHO style or fine jewelry pieces that have a look of having sat in grandmothers jewelry box for years! |

| A:Boho- Bohemian style is a relaxed soft peasant style. It is generally very feminine and would remind you of 'hippie' style from the '60's or a soft country girl look. It is generally distinquished by soft draping fabric and large vintage looking dangling style necklaces and earrings. |
