We review every order at the time that your items are shipped to see if correct shipping charges were paid. If they were overpaid, we automatically issue a refund at the time of shipping. If for some reason you received your products and your overpaid shipping charges were not credited back to your Paypal account, please contact us and we will be happy to issue the refund immediately. We do not look at this as a Buyer's mistake for overpaying on shipping, we simply look at it as Ebay's mistake and we are happy to fix it. If you are purchasing multiple items and you do not know how to combine your purchases to make one shipping charge and one payment for everything. Do not worry about it, as long as all purchases and payments are made within 1 hour of each other, we automically combine your orders in our shipping department and credit your Paypal account for any overpayments made.
