Question: If I purchase more than one different item from you how much will I be charged shipping?

Answer: You will be charged the highest shipping charge of all the items that you commit to buy or win by auction and the rest of your items will be shipped for free. NOTE: If you purchase only individually priced items, you will be charged only one (1) flat fee of $5.95 for shipping.

Question: What is the difference between the items in the "Oil Rubbed Bronze Hardware dec" category and the "Oil Rubbed Bronze Hardware am" category in your store? 

Answer: They are made by 2 different manufacturers and the type of finish may vary some, especially with how much bronze shines through on the finish.

Question: If I recieve hardware and am not 100% satisfied, how do I go about getting a refund?

Answer: We must be notified within 14 days upon recieving the item. Then you need to promptly ship the items back to us at your expense to: CABINET HARDWARE 4 LESS, 3031 Loretto Rd, Springfield KY 40069. As soon as we recieve the items and clarify that they are all in new condition and in the original packaging, we will grant you a full refund for the purchase price minus shipping. NOTE: If you ship the item(s) you recieve to any other address other than the one above, you will NOT recieve a refund or exchange.

Question: If I have a question or concern regarding the item(s) I recieved, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer: Please, regardless of any phone numbers that you can find, contact me through Ebay. We check Ebay messages frequently and respond to any questions or concerns you may have as promptly as possible. If we feel that the concern you have, we will provide you with a phone # you can call to get the issue straightened out.

Question: I need to return my item(s) and I found a UPS return label in the box. Can I use this to return my package?

Answer: Please DO NOT use the return label. Sometimes we choose to have your items shipped from another location. Also, our return policy in all of our listing that we offer returns on clearly states that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. That goes back to the question above about returns. If the package is shipped back to anywhere besides CABINET HARDWARE 4 LESS, 3031 Loretto Road, Springfield KY 40069, you will NOT get a refund for your products.

Question: Do you offer discounts for large quantity purchases?

Answer: Yes, but it has to be of 60 or more pieces of hardware before we can offer any discounts other than the Bargain Packs that are already available. Just contact us through Ebay if you are wanting to make a larger purchase and we will quote you a discounted price.

Question: Can you match or beat any competitors price on Ebay?

Answer: Let us know how many of each item you are wanting and give me the item numbers to the competitors products that has us beat on price and we will try our best to beat them. We can't guarantee that we can, but we will try. NOTE: The competitor must have an Ebay store with the majority of there products being hardware. Auctions are also excluded from this.

Question: Is the hardware you carry in your store made of solid brass?

Answer: The majority of our hardware is made of solid metal (Zinc), unless otherwise stated in the listing. If it is not listed in the listing, then it is made of Solid Zinc.
