About us
At Caravan's Treasure Chest, I weekly go to Garage Sales, Estate Sales and Thrift Stores sifting through items in search of items that will interest the eBay community. I worked for a Utility Company for 38 years and retired to do something that I truly love. Getting outside, enjoying the beautiful weather, meeting nice people and looking for hidden treasures. My store name, Caravan's Treasure Chest is derived from my first vehicle I had when I started doing eBay in 1999, a 1987 Dodge Caravan. I really try to keep an open mind on the items that I purchase. I do have a love for electronics, video games and musical instruments. When I post an item, I make it a priority to describe what is wrong with an item just as much as what is positive. Once you purchase an item, I will make sure I ship out your item the next day and at times if you purchase early enough I will ship out that same day. Ball was not packaged very well. For the amount paid for shipping it should have been double boxed. In the attached photo you’ll see why, and how it was delivered to my door. It’s a real good thing it was a used bowling ball!!

I must respond to this feedback. I have been doing ebay for 25 years now and pride myself with good customer service, good communication and secure and fast shipping. Unfortunately, this time, I package arrived unsatisfactory. At times package handlers do mishandle and abuse packaging which is out of my control. I have had items returned in the same packaging and have arrived back to me safe. I am sorry this happened to you but unfortunately in the online business this does happen.
