We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours (we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays). If there is a delay in shipping from our warehouse, we will notify you of such delays. All items we sell on Ebay are stock items that are sold in our retail showroom. The situation could occur that we sell out in our showroom at the same time an Ebay purchase is made. In such cases, re-stocking will take about 5 work days. We will notify you of such delays. Once items leave our warehouse and are in the hands of USPS or UPS we have no control over actual delivery.
