All packages ship via USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise noted. We will ship Priority Mail upon request. International orders are also shipped via USPS First-Class Mail but please note this is a non trackable form of shipping. We do provide an LC number for all international orders which confirms the package was accepted at the post office only. This LC number does not tell of the whereabouts of the package ever. Due to this, for internationally shipments sent via USPS First-Class only, we are NOT responsible for lost packages. We will ship Priority Mail International if you require a trackable service. International buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost.

All returns must be issued an RMA number for processing. If an item purchased is purchased in error by the buyer we will refund the buyer the purchase price of the item only, NOT shipping less a 20% restocking fee. In addition to this, all items are sold in working condition. The definition of "working" includes all items function to its factory specs however, this does not include the illumination of any part. These items are used and some have mini bulbs in them that do burn out at times. We are not selling any item with the guarantee that the mini bulbs still illuminate. Therefore, all our items will be shipped in working condition and tested however, may not illuminate. Items that use batteries (remote key fobs) are not guaranteed to have working batteries included and may need to be replaced. All item's shipped and refused by buyer are subject to the same policy.
