multiple items you will receive an invoice from us, (this may take up to one
business day). The invoice you will receive will include all the items you have
ordered with the discounted shipping included. Just keep in mind
that at times especially antennas may ship in a separate box which will not
qualify for a combined shipping discount.
Most domestic and international shipping is available via USPS
Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on
Fridays, weekends and holidays will normally ship out the following business day.

ALL RETURNS must be
returned in mint condition in original boxes / packaging and
in working condition. Abused or faulty installation that
causes damage to purchased products are not returnable.
All two way radios and microphones are pretested prior to
shipping thus is a factory repair only item. Buyer must
contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving
the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
All sales are final after 7 days of receipt.
