What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

What are your warranty terms?

We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. We will not be held responsible to replace products that have been damaged due to customer's negelect and/or misuse. Please refer to our "Terms and Conditions" for more details.

What if my shipping address is different than my billing address?

You would need to call your credit card issuer at the number printed on the back of your card. You would then need to have your credit card issuer add your desired shipping address under the billing profile. We apologize for the extra time it takes to do this, but this is the only way we can minimize unauthorized transactions for both you and for us.

Paying with credit or debit card:

If you want your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, and if your total order price is $500 or more, you must call the number on the back of your credit or debit card to add your desired address to your credit card profile as an authorized shipping address. We do this for your protection as well as ours, and it helps reduce credit card fraud.

Paying with PayPal:

We only ship to confirmed addresses in PayPal. We must ship to your PayPal-confirmed address, no exceptions. We do this for your protection as well as ours, and it helps reduce credit card fraud.

Paying with bank/wire/transfer, money order, or cashiers check:

We can ship to any address, regardless of your billing address.

What are your accepted payment methods?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, bank/wire transfer, money order, and cashiers check. Wire transfers are only accepted for orders of $500 and up. Personal or company checks are not accepted. If paying with a money order or cashiers check, please make it payable to EDIGITALDEALS, INC.
